Pretty sad when these derogratory comments about JJ are coming from a fellow Silsbee Tiger baseball player. : Johnson leads the area in pretty much all the passing catagories. I believe he is doing fine in that department. He may have made a couple of mistakes in all of these three games, but his play is far from stupid. baseball player 7, your comments wreak of jealousy.

Right now, the flu bug has hit several schools in the area. It's affecting several teams this week and last week as well.

That's an understatement, Gas. This is a fine a group as I have ever seen come through Silsbee. This team has it all. Size, speed, very skilled, and very agressive. They love to hit, no arm tackling. I ran the clock tonight for their game against Newton, Silsbee was never challenged. Running clock in second half.

I'm not sure what you are asking? You think Evadale and Newton can beat Central, head-to head? I believe he is making a reference to what is done in boxing. Pound for pound. Like pound for pound some consider Mayweather to be the best, but he couldn't beat the top heavy weights of the world.

Evadale has not really played anyone, I think you need to play and beat a good team to be considered pound for pound best. I was just going on the pounds.

I have to agree with Nos on this one. Private schools have a much better opportunity to "change significantly" their teams from year to year, publics don't. That is a great advantage.
