2. I believe East Chambers has established themselves over the years as a very successful basketball program in this area, no disputing that fact. Only clueless and foolish people would think otherwise. ::) I do agree though, IF ;) there were lifting on game day, that's not helpful.

 4.

trueblue why is Blaine not playing summer league? Did he do any serious damage to his knee a couple of weeks back?
No he did not hurt it that bad I think it scared him more than anything. He is at camps the next 3 weeks, SFA, Texasprep, and Im not sure were in week3 .But he should be there tomorrow night in Kountze. And the real reason I have picked WOS so high I might know who their next coach is going to be. Cant say for sure but if the rummer is true they will be better than some people ( Aggie) thinks.
A new coach can make a difference, but sometimes that difference is not good. But, regardless of who the coach might be, WOS lost too much to contend for the district title. They could get 3rd agian. BTW, Silsbee's JV dominated WOS's JV last year, winning both games by an average of 22 points. ;)

Silsbee looks to be a one man team, but they might have players not playing in the summer games. And I also know that summe games or just that summer games but you can see if they have talented players, and sorry I have just seen one in Sislbee , he is real good but it is hard to be a one man team at the 3a level. But no were have I said that Silsbee would be week I said that there will be good games between all three teams. And Aggie you never heard me say that he would not see the floor ;)  But Kelly I am basing my pick on seeing Sislbee play but looks like maybe not all of their players. That is what I love about this site If you make a pick that is not what Aggie thinks is right you get attacked or they deleate you acount ;D Just hope that one of these days he makes that attack face to face :o
Nobody has attacked. ::) I never said that you said he wouldn't see the floor. Actually, that talk came from HJ people. ;) Folks tell you that you are clueless because of the statements that you make are not accurate. Example, you say that Silsbee and WOS are close but you obviously don't know each team well enough. I stated that Silsbee has had the upper hand over the last several years over WOS which is far from being close. Also you stated that WOS had several top players that were juniors yet the 4 players that made all district and 88% of the team scoring last year were from seniors. Then you say that HJ's JV would beat most of 21-3A's varsity teams. That's ridiculous! Comments like these make you look very foolish. Like I said, before making these "opinions", do a little more research next time. ;)
If memory serves, when HJ played @ WOS last year it was senior night for the Mustangs.  Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but out of all the kids in uniform for WOS that night, there were only two or three that were not introduced as seniors.  I would think WOS would be a little weaker this year with the majority of their talent graduating last year.
You are not wrong, bmrm. WOS lost a lot to graduation. True Clueless obviously lacks knowledge.
 6.
Well lets see WOS and Silsbee score last year 44 to 58 then 49 to 59 and Sislbee won both but that is not what I would call a dominating score. And no one cares what happen 10 years ago. And I think you have not watched HJ s JV play they are playing in the summer league games and they are pretty good They played HFs V and played them realy close.  But you are right they prob. cant beat that many Vrs teams  but that pick makes as much since as picking HJ last
Who said anything about 10 years ago? I said Silsbee had a 10 GAME win streak over the Mustangs, with 3 of those wins last season with an average of a 16 point win margin. That's not close. You need to stop before you trash HJ's good name.
Come on lay off of True....He's a Hawks now, the only pick that mattered was who came in first and he was spot on, on that prediction... ;D
I still find that part to be very interesting after the talk of "he'll never see the floor at HJ". ;) ::)

And WOS had a few real good Jr last year. That is what I am basing my pick on. If Silsbee has players that are not playing this summer, I might be wrong. But just like everyear it will be close between these 3, and they are just a little better then the rest of the teams. JMO And ST413 is a fool HJ can play their jv and beat most of these teams.
Just another sign that you are clueless. None of the 21-3A JV teams would beat any of the 21-3A varsity teams. BTW, Silsbee currently has a 10 game win streak over WOS with an average win margin of 17 points. I wouldn't say that they are close every year. ;)
So basically your saying that your prediction comes down to the fact that you havent seen Silsbee playing Summer League? I'm sure Stallworth is playing for some manner of AAU team and to be honest they'd be better served working on their games individually than playing summer league. Summer league is good for conditioning and younger players.
Also, Prentice Lane has not been playing because he just got cleared from the doctor this past week after his minor knee surgery. As for WOS, all their better players were seniors.

Nelson is a a graduate of Silsbee High school and was a former standout player for the Tigers. Nelson played his college ball at Sam Houston State. Nelson also will be the new recievers coach for the Tiger football team. Congrats to Coach Nelson and good luck on your new coachig job!!
 13. According to DCTF, these are how many returning letterman and starters each team has for this coming season:                        Letterman        Starters O/D Bridge City             16                    7/5 Hamshire-Fann        19                  10/9 Hardin-Jefferson      12                   6/4 Orangefield             13                   5/6 Silsbee                  15                    8/7 WOS                     20                    6/7 All this time, I thought the Mustangs had 19 returning starters. ;) ;D I guess that's what I get for taking the word of a certain LCM grad. ;) ::)

I know it seems unlikely now, but do you 'Stang fans think there is a chance down the road that LCM and WOS might consolidate?   What would it take for this to happen, (when pigs fly and heck freezes over don't count. :D)
At this point the State would have to make it happen. The way I see it there are only two reasons for the State to come in and force a merger. 1) WOS academics and or financial situation doesn't get straightened out 2) LCM loses tax base (Inland Orange) Other than those two, I just don't see it happening. Although I'm not for it, it would be the best thing financially.
What are the odds of that? Your thoughts?
I will say this, I can see things getting better over there at WOS now that you guys have a Silsbee man running things, at least temporarily. ;) ;D
 18.
1. West Orange-Stark (DII) 2.  Silsbee (DI) 3.  Bridge City (DII) 4.  Orangefield 5.  Hamshire-Fannett 6.  Hardin-Jefferson
This was the predicted finish last year. The top 3 did make the playoffs only a difference in position. ;) ;D It is a smart move to predict WOS 1st though. We will see.
 19. Setting up for a good year next year for Tiger baseball. Adding Jenkins and Scoggins to the staff along with two all district pitchers in Flowers and Brown should help Silsbee have one of the better pitching staffs in 21-3A.
