You are correct. But I dont think there is one with more potential in his class in this area. Silsbee has the best player in that class, but his height might hurt his recruitment. I hope not though because the kid can flat out play and is a great teammate and a great young man. He will make heck of a college ball player. Recruitment in basketball is based off of potential. A kid being 6'4-6'5 that can dribble, shoot, defend, and is a great teammate, and has the grades is a gamble most college coaches will take!

Both very good WR's and players for sure! It is always awesome seeing local talent at the next level. This argument can not be proven either way and is based on opinions only. I'm not from Newton, I just respect their program and thing they could play with the 4A big dogs.

I would take Newton plus 28 for sure lol. You can only play with 11 at a time and I think(May be wrong) Newton had 4 D1 Athletes on the field. The RB is great, but I don't think their WR's would be able to hurt Newton's DB's...

Last year Newton's team could have played with Carthage. I think Carthage would win but it would be a game. This is my opinion and honestly no way to prove it OR prove otherwise.

It should be either Johnson or Barlow for offense and it should be either Foster or Ciccio on D. Ciccio is a absolute monster!
