Where is Steve Francis and 'cat' Mobley?  I think they should have been on there, if they gonna put Barkley on there.  I enjoyed watching those guys.  They gave their all for us, IMO.

Spurs would be the front runner, no doubt.  The defense they bring every night is unrivaled.  Second, the Mavs, which you have to give them respect because they are the defending western conference champions.  The Rockets are the dark horse is the pack, and will suprise a lot of people.  If the rest of the team plays like they did in Yao's absence, sky is the limit for this rockets team.

the name of the post is 'all year'  I can think of some great hits I've seen over the years.

Hardest hit I've seen all year was a scramble by our QB.  he then wento oposite of the play against the grain and there was several 'decleater blocks' vs. Nederland.  It was ugly!  Since we talking about hits, a Lamarqe player found himself  seated on his dairy-air after getting truck-sticked by Brandon Williams.  Williams normaly dosn't show emotion, but he turned and looked at him.  Priceless.

Raja Bell- locks down opponents main guard

Shawn Marion- averaging i think almost 2 blocks a game and 2 steals he is the most versatile player in the NBA guarding wings and posts.

Amare Stat- claiming the paint as his own on both sides of the court

Just because they average 110 points doesn't mean they don't play defense!!!

It just means its a faster paced game which gives the opponent more opportunities to score.....

The only one I agree with you is Shawn Marion.  He is versitile and he is inthe top 3 inthe league in steals.  Bell isn't good.  Remember he got all mad at Kobe last year becasue he couldnt' keep up with him?  Amare is an undersized Center that gets a block every once in a while.  He is unstopable on offense, though.

I'm feeling those Toronto Raptor jerseys.  The ugliest would either have to be the Spurs or those Golden State throwbacks with the rail car on the front that say ' the city'.

Have you heard of a team that will winthe championship playing no defense?  Come on guys, be realistic.  I know you like your sun, but run and gun basketball wins games in the regular season.  Why do you think the spurs are alwasy inthe neck of things?  which is why I think the rockets will be still around whent he western conference finals rolls around.

The suns had a bad shooting night because they played the Best defensive team inthe league.  'Pop' is a brilliant coach that knows how to get the best out of his players night in and night out.  Guarding the 3 and keeping a big near the basket is the way to hang with the suns, guys.

Rockets will be fine, guys.  Once they realized that they wasn't gonna catch Utah for the home coart advantage, he decided to put the team on cruis control and rest Yao and T-Mac.  Those guys arn't bothing them.  Just wanna make sure they are fresh for the playoffs.  Believe me, these guys are thinking championship.  Just watch and see!

Cant argue with that!  Ozensfastest is right. See what bad coaching does.  Ozen struck first on us, I believe.  We made adjustments and Ozen didnt', that has been the story of Ozen last year.  Old news now.  Ozen has a winner on their hands now.  I feel sorry for the teams that will sleep on the Panthers...big mistake.  They will be in the playoff races.

why does everyone keep talking about central and ozan? ozan was horrible last year and that was centrals first good year in a while. and png had its first bad season in forever. but we cant come back whys that?

They still made the playoffs and represented 22-4a very well IMO.

didnt' lumberton run out of that?  They was successful with it, but didn't make the playoffs.  Dont think it's a good idea.  I like Nederlands offense now with the two running backs packed in close.
