4 starters on defense and 5 starters on offence

I think Lumberton has 31 or 32 returning lettermen. I also think 5 of them started as sophomores and 4 more played as sophomores and 2 of them played in the playoff game in 2015 as freshmen.

We should be ok. 32 returning lettermen and I heard a monster in the backfield.

Don't count us out. If I'm not mistaken the last 2 years we scrimmaged our first team came out on top.

I've heard that we will have a couple of different backs. One is 6' 1" 250lbs and can move pretty good for his size. But that is just what I've heard.

Yeah our defense should be better this year. We have a hand full that have started for 2 years now so that will help and we are only loosing 2 or 3 starters.

I heard something earlier that Lumberton may have a big boy run the ball some next year. Don't know if its true, just what I heard.

Lets keep it about sports! OK I think with Lumberton moving down, it will give everyone in the district a new challenge. Even Lumberton!

Sounds like they need to go out and recruit like the other private schools.
