What happened to the old OC ? Left on his own or was he forced out?

I think this will be the a good game. It will probably stay close, with someone scoring late to win. I know Crosby was good last year, and has some size and talent this year, but where did GP come from? I looked at all the pre-season predictions for 19-4a, and they were never mentioned as even in the top four in the district. They were 1-8 last year. What has changed for them this year? Players? Coaches? When does Crosby play Dayton?
