hey steelerfan, i play for buna too and we will see come friday but as for our scrimmage against deweyville i can tell you this, we maybe had two or three starters at a time in against your DEFENSE and while they were acting like they won the super bowl most of our starters were relaxing on the side laughing. come on dude. get real. its obvious you dont know who the starters are cause i have game film too and your right....it dont lie

It doesnt really matter what they did. you gotta give credit where it is earned. and Buna earned it. especially to 10 run rule ANY team in the playoffs.

Im not the smartest guy in the world but isnt that the ultimate gameplan of baseball?

1 team doesnt make a difference when you are comparing the overall picture of the WHOLE district.

But dont be suprised if Buna may have couple more statebound.

Man I have read all of these posts and all I see Evadale is the best and Evadale is gonna go win state this and that. I dont have a dog in the hunt so it doesnt really matter to me. I believe evadale is the best team in district but all of you just remember Evadale is EXPECTED to go win state and EXPECTED to sweep district easily that what is expected of them. anything less and Evadale hasnt dont what was expected and everyone else can start talkin. so better lower expectations. but best of luck to all teams in this district.

you do have to give it to newton for the way they came back. alot of people thought they were out of it, but they battled back and played football.

Have they selected the rosters yet?

They are gonna have a meet in Buna Kountze Warren and possibly West Hardin. Dont know the dates and times though.

Now Buna outplayed Newton too. Newton just pulled away like they did to Woodville. and I didnt think it was a split of the district title because ec beat anauhac.

This district is gonna be just as tough next season as it was last. Same spots gonna be up for grabs again. Depends on who brings the hood every week.

That was bunas schedule last season. I heard they was gonna lift with warren and a couple of different schools this season.

Its not just #7 you have to worry about, If you didn't know #22 had a 300 yd rushing game last week. You may contain #7 but 22 can and will get 5-10 yds a carry between the tackles. 

Well, as far as passing I have to give it to Taylor from Hardin, however, After hearing about the way he curses his O-Line and calls them names I wouldn't have him on my team.  Against Buna he screamed and cursed at them all night.  He needs to be a little more humble.  He's lucky they don't let him get sacked 20 times a game.           That QB in Orangefield is the best scrambler I have seen and he can fake a handoff better than anyone

I think Newton will win it even though I am pulling for Woodville.  If Newton loses, It will free up that third playoff spot
