you have to be friends with one of the last OC's from Central I think he can give some infro on why  reporters were following the kids to Houston to a 7 on 7 flag tournament and then ask him how  or who were over the last 7 on 7  flag teams the last 4 years and nothing was said or done then , so smell your smoke and look there for the fire because the kids and new coaches did nothing wrong.
ps stop them on the field not with this because every week several teams play at WB and all the coaches or there also on the sidelines and one week they were at the BUTCH

so its 6-4 Central  up, well after this year and the next 3 its going to be 10-4 Central but we do have great football in this area and if you count the past for your playoffs remember  Central opened in 1987 so  then add CP,FRENCH,BCP, and BEAUMONT HIGH in Central playoffs , then again don't.  I did pulled for you guys in the playoff the last few years and this year I will also when you go into the playoff to face Summer Creek in the 1st round after finishing 2nd in dist

PNG has the last state Championship, the bulldogs have been good in the last two years but that run will stop this year so i' ll stay CENTRAL !

Mitchell is a good football player, great feet, great hips but slow 40 times maybe (4.79). When he gets his 40 time down, he will get Big 12 and SEC offers. Mitchell is a skill position football player that didn't run track for the last 4 years most of his off season time, was aau basketball, now he's in the weight room and running everyone, will see a better Mitchell.

yeoj -  French use a 6-2 defense and went to State, not many ran on it and a 50 defense will walk down a safety to stop the run, then a 4-2-5 will gave you a 6 front; so what's funny about putting more in the box to stop the run. I guess your school don't get ran on because you know much more then us fans on this site, but know I'm just a fan waiting for football to start. This is a fan site, but if you didn't know, there is a website for coaches since I GUESS you make a living coaching.

True i saw all three also, and I saw Pt Arthur .
Ozen - defense is good but no depth, no qb, young o line with no Jones that fast pace will wear down his own team and like nelson look like they still don't know you have to get under the center sometime.
West Brook- good backs but no backup qb and no depth on there ol or dl and like last year no secondary speed  that size on west brook line will not let them run a fast pace offense because its not athletic size so like last year he will slow it down also like year, they will look good in the first half then lose and people will say they're a year away , 6 in the box will stop that run most nights ,I'm  talking Titan, North Shore, LaPorte and DP
Titans- o line weak d-line weak and another new QB, Kenny is year away but he will always field a good team he has all of Pt Arthur to pick from
Central - Central looked the best and they did not do a full spring, but 7 offense and 9 defense return starters do help, OH lets be clear Washington would have won this year but it's Toby time and he brought his crew with him ,D Scoot, Roy Locke, A. Bevil, Moore and PAPA Foreman and if you think Coach Hook is not a phone call away or a few film sections if needed ha so its not just Toby its the athletes he got when came to Central ,and what I saw in his spring game was anything short yards or inside the 20 a power I set

No I don't know but I think most of our area teams or good in waves Vidor and Pt Arthur just had one high wave the group of player that just left were great but before Tim Tebow and his group Vidor record was maybe 20 wins in 5 years and the Titans group well fatcat took that group to the national title as little league football  players,, I also think that our teams or not deep, injuries and no seconds hurt this area the katy and north shores with allens or deep with players and talent, but guess what I don't think they have SETXsports so we've still ahead

9 DEFENSE STARTERS AND 7 OFFENSE AND 8 OF THEM WERE SOPH,CENTRAL WILL WIN DISTRICT THE NEXT 3 YEARS IN ALL SPORTS, BUT DONT TAKE MY WORD CHECK ON ALL THE OFFERS THE PLAYERS OR GETTING IN ALL SPORTS

guess they can get two more years to do it because Central had  1- 9th grader 3- soph and 1-11th grader on the floor

oh I forgot you also need a pickup QB and speed on that defense 2 wins 3 if you get Ozen but Ozen defense looks good that game will decide  which one of you guys will have a three win season

you beat Central the first game after the football players returned to the team and LEE played them that cost him the 3 pt lost, and Beaumont kids well the better ones play aau ball not little dribblers, but no disrespect Silsbee has great ball players but your state championships or few and I don't remember how many d-1 ball players you guys have but your district will keep you thinking you or good

Hervey is good and has improved in speed and strength. He also ran 930 yards last year and they only won 4 games. That spring game you saw the same as last year- a weak defense and a offense line that take plays off. They need to get in shape. West Brook defense line and offense line has no back ups. BROOK cannot complete in 5a- they have a hard time beating the 4a teams they play. West Brook numbers are down; they played two spring games and had under a 100 players, counting the 9 that dressed out for both games. I WISH West Brook the best, but they could not be a power team in the 4a ranks.

little dribblers, hahaha man that was the best talent they played well the kids must have change because when they came to Beaumont three of the Beaumont middle schools beat them, and remember Beaumont has 7 middle schools so if we played them with all our kids on one team I think we would have won the great little dribblers tournament also.

Central will beat Nederland this year, and they will beat them by 17 or more pts

i'm not the smart one on here but Central will play you before you move to 6a

understand, just enjoying the post I just think Central has a group of kids that are good in all sports and just one or two play more than one sport , that group of kids at Central Gpa's are top also (so learning new things will not be the problem) I think its Central time everybody else in 21-4a just lost great groups,  but that's not to say they want be good 21-4a is always great Football

True but 7 & 9 ,3 & 7, and 0 = 7/9 return starters, 3/7record with no system 0 coaching and no off season the last 2 years; oh you're see a program  with immediate success. So all that learning the system , terminology, trust and responsibilities that's why coaches were HIRED and check Central coach list out youre see most have played or coached the system together they will run and it was with the same type talent level but now more. So we've see  from the two scim,LAMARQUE,FRIENDSWOOD --season -- MEMORIAL,WEST BROOK,WEST ORANGE, then 20-4a oh check your games results I think 4 games were lost by less than 10 pts last year.
