1. Is it me or is Lumberton turning into the new HF? No disrespect to either community, but just seems people don't stick around those places long. School Boards, Super's, parents or what? Just an observation.

We open with Ned in The Den and after we travel to Willis for our layup we go to BH, get Dayton at home and bookend it with SC in Turner. Call me crazy but I think we beat Ned at home in the opener, hammer Willis and BH and squeak by Dayton in Crosby. If we have any sort of defense we could be 4-0 playing SC for the district title week 5. We also get Kingwood Park at home this year. I'm predicting 9-1. Crosby's schedule [Hidden Content]
They (Nuevo Leon) had some decent athletes last year and good size. I see BH beating Crosby this year. ;) P.S, the schedule was for two years with same teams. We'll see what Gauge does after this year with pre-district. I heard Katy and Aledo ::)
Last year we won by 18 with the 2nd team in the last half of the 4th quarter. That's with a long td run called back for two players hand-fighting and and Singleton dropping one in the endzone after he beat the Eagle defenders by 15 yards. Should have easily been 49-17, and don't forget the td y'all got before the half was on a broken play Denny just made a great play out of. Austin is averaging 165 ypg rushing and his brother is averaging 102.5 in the two previous meetings between Crosby and BH. Throw that in with one of the top 20 receivers in the state and y'all are in a world of trouble. I predict BH sets a new attendance record and everyone is there to see them go a resounding 0-1 to start district play. I know Dayton fans say it every year Tradin but . . . we're loaded this year. ;)
Agree, ya'll will be loaded this year, but I still have to hope we can pull it out against ya'll. BH may surprise some teams. I don't think we match up well with ya'll or SC, but I think we might get a "w" against Dayton. That's why I predicted 7-3 with a possible 8-2. I do see atleast a 3-1 or sweep against 20-4a this year in the playoffs though ;D

The venue is the other way around though right, for pre district? For the exception of BH playing a team from medico.  :)
It's blue ;D We were suppose to play at Lumberton last year, but it had to be moved to BH due to some construction at Lumberton last year. This year we travel there and of course the other team comes here ;D BTW, I forgot to tell Coog, when was the last time Crosby at any sport had a boys team and girl team ranked #1 in state? lol

 5. Check with coach Denny at BH. I still have two years for mine, but I was told they play Connie Mack. I don't know who all is in it and far the league goes. This baseball has evolved from the old days of Big League. ;) LJ

 8. I've been to several games this year and BH is very good. I don't think the scores as of late indicate that to outsiders. The road in playoffs are going to be brutal for all teams (Region 3 is a monster) including BH. Coach Denny is a sharp coach and I have faith in what he's doing. The Eagles will be fine and hopefully make some noise in the playoffs. Baseball is tough come playoff times, especially if you flip and have to play only one game, which I think most teams would want against BH this year. Anything can happen in one game. Hopefully it's 3 game series throughout the playoffs! Good luck to all 19-4a teams in the playoffs.
 9. Most kids buy Boombah turf shoes because they think it's cool looking. You can get team colors. Don't really care for them, but may not find a size 2 anywhere in that kind of shoe.

Very tough Region to get through come playoff time. Almost unfair compared to other regions IMO.
Easily the toughest....  Add Tomball now and it's even tougher.
Georgetown is in Region 3 also. I know they were for football. They're loaded too.

 13.
Poor daytons pitching has been getting worse throughout the year. Bh looks very beatable this year but its hard to just outscore everyone you play.
? This game doesn't mean anything to BH. We've only lost two games all year and undefeated in district. Any team is beatable. ::)
 14.
I did the first one last week. If I would have seen you I would have ejected you just to give your son a break....LOL.... ;D
;D
 15. MOFO, I wish you would've umped our games. Show a little family love. lol
 16. Sounds like poor planning on the districts part. They all knew when TAKS tests were going to be given before the season started. It sucks you have to take a week off for the tests, but it should've been planned better IMO. My.02
 17. Sorry for your loss. Prayers from the Hill
 18.
Great game. Who started for Hill? No way Thames gave up ten runs.
Not sure, got there late
 19. BH beat CEK today 7-3. BH improves to 23-2 on the year and undefeated in district. Great job Eagles!
