Crosby beat kp by one point and coug14 already said the game against dayton was their worst. So was kp almost as good as crosby and crosby almost as good as sc. Wait a minute then that would mean kp was almost as good as sc. BH should have beat crosby because crosby sqeaked by kp and bh killed kp. Man all these comparisons are confusing.

[/quote]I don't think dayton will be able to score with us this year. The people i work with from dayton that watch practice said they're rotating 4 kids at qb and none look ready. Dayton was a 3rd and 36 prayer from the back of the endzone from being checkmated. The 3 turnovers to dayton's 0 killed us more than the two holding penalties we had deep in dayton territory that negated first downs and certain scores. We basically did whatever we wanted on dayton, both twins rushed for over 125 yards and raelon had over 120 yards on double digit catches. Just like the SC game the next week we had issues executing in the redzone. Dayton played their best game of the year and we played our worst as you can see by how the seasons ended up. I know dayton fans chalk it up to attitudes but y'all do know their younger brothers and cousins are still on the team right? Once other coaches got film of Dayton throwing fly routes they never moved the ball on another decent team all year. If we don't turn it over Dayton won't beat us at home this year. Tulsa won a bowl game. Cody does have a ring now. Also AJ Dugat was a parade all american. I would say he was prime stock.

I think Sharps arm strength and super slim build have teams worried about him being a D1 qb. He is a smart kid but i dont know if he could take the hits at the big time college level. I know they list him at 190 but i would be shocked if he weighed that in full pads.

From 2007-2011 dayton played 21 playoff games. 2012 just wasnt their year. Injuries and attitudes did them in. Not to mention daytons 2 losses came to some really good teams. In that same time frame dayton won 16 playoff games. Only losing to the state champions or the state runner-ups.

Ok dayton scored 42pts the first half against humble. Dayton also had their sophmore backup qb play the whole game because daytons starter was benched. It was an issue the entire year. Dayton beat crosby like a drum and pulled most of their starters the 4th quarter and every td was scored by sophmores. SC handled dayton no doubt but everybody else except bh got killed by dayton.

Dangerfield i think in 1985 outscored their opponents 651-8 and won state. I know they were a small school but to only give up 8pts in 15 games is impressive.

Freakin dangerfield is loaded every year. I think there must be something in the water.

Dayton was 9-0 outscoring their district opponents 263-46. SC was 9-0 outscoring their district opponents 313-66. SC caught dayton with injuries and attitudes with very key players. SC won no doubt and was definitly the more hungry team but look at the scores throughout the year and i think without a doubt dayton just didnt show up to play.

These are the reasons i think ned will have a big drop off this year. Michael shaw,Seth barrow,Carson raines,Jordan wood.Korbin stampley,Brock pryor, Koby couron. There were 14 other seniors on this team but these are the ones that imo will be most missed.

Most likely they wil win state again this year unless they have some injuries.

Wow SC has a shot at making a playoff run this year and the conversstion is about what may happen next year. I for one hope SC stays 4a.
