The kid that pitched last night was one of the "other pitchers" that we had talked about. As of now Smesny has the most wins in the greater Houston area. You guys need to worry about the ship that is sinking in Vidor and not worry about our pitchers or coaches.

Frank Smesny pitches four innings of no hit ball before being relieved in the fifth. His record is now 7-0 with 3 district wins.

After tonight strong consideration has to be given to Frank Smesny. He picked up his third district win to go 7-0 for the season

Listen Jethro----It is not innings pitched that counts--it is the pitch count---in the two games that Dewey pitched two innings in his count was very low--and through the 5th last night he had thrown only 64---Coach Craus is doing his job and the young mans dad is very involved--so I think they probably have a better handle on things thanan invisible guy on the internet

It was me that said that we have other pitchers and we do--but Dewey was cruising and in hindsight maybe he should have been pulled---but it is also understandable for a coach to give a kid the chance to "finish it"----Our coaches called a great game--we just got beat--thats all!

If that is what you believe then so be it--I am proud of our coach for standing up for his team--if that offends you then thats tough--I will not argue with a fool and will not say another word about it

There is nothing wrong with contesting an umpires call---but if you want to see six year olds then we could import Vidors 40-50 years old fans and put on a real redneck show just for you--Piratefan

Pitching is not the issue--we have several capable of winning--errors will be the key. If Dayton has them like we did against Ozen and Vidor we will get beat. I predict that fundamentals will be much stronger against LCM and Dayton wins 5-3 to remain perfect in district.

Opposing teams should not have to ask an adult to leave "their" side of the stands--the adults should not have been on that side to start with--We did ask some kids sitting on our side and running their mouths like calling our kids "faggots" and the like to leave--the subsequently refused----------I STAND BY MY STATEMENT--CLEAN IT UP!

I would say the answer is probably not. As long as grown men from Vidor insist on standing on the visitors side and deriding the opposing players and coaches then the answer is NO. As long as the people in the pressbox act like they are in junior high then the answer is NO. As long as Vidor muddies up our bus then the answer is NO. I know a lot of people from Vidor and they are fine folks--but a handfull over there are soiling your reputation.You folks from Vidor wonder why the outside world laughs at you---just look at the handfull of idiots from last night and there is your answer---IT IS UP TO THE "GOOD" FOLKS IN VIDOR TO CLEAN IT UP!---FOR GOODNESS SAKES GO GET A BROOM
