How does Lumberton score only 16 points against Dayton then go on to beat Vidor???

I was at the game and for whatever reason the Lumberton boys just quit--IMO that rests entirely on them!

Dayton has 8 returning starters--a very mature team for us-- I remember playing against Lott and Gardiner are they still top notch--I remember they wer very good players at 12-14 yrs

Dayton took them lightly and paid the price--when are we going to learn to lay the ball up and not try for the dunk-----hotdogging, underestimating your opponent, and blown free throws add to that a very determined Ned team, good fan support and you get an upset---Nederland played a great game and deserved the win---HOPEFULLY DAYTON'S BOYS LEARNED A LESSON!

You are starting to sound like the Vidor folks---griping about the refs---you got beat--thats all!

no question Central will be there---they are big , tough, and don't mind banging-- especially inside--they will do well

Dayton by 12---refs let the boys play a physical game---the kind I like to watch--when not every nit picky foul is called----both teams played very tough and the game was still in doubt w/ 1:30 left---Dayton hit some key free throws at the end to get the win

When using a hand held timer you must add at least .2 to the time to be close--I do not believe there is a legit 4.2 in 22-4A

Dayton had one player out on ISS-one on grades-and one left w a concussion at halftime---that being said LCM flat outplayed Dayton in a physical game--hats off to them

My guess is that the coach was not trying to teach a kid a lesson-----he needed him on the floor at the end of the game----if he had four fouls the other team will go after him and force a fifth---then guess what--- he is out for good!
