1.
This was a BH vs. GCM thread and as I start to read through it realized it is laced once again with Dayton fans. You guys got to jump into every subject that has to deal with 19-4A? I guess you guys feel like you dominate the district so why not dominate all threads. My vote still goes to you guys and not PNG. Ya'll are defintely the obnoxious champs. Kinda reminds me of Cowboy fans. Now I've made enemies to two groups! LOL I'll say one thing, I didn't know this many people in Dayton had computers.
Nothing to do on a normal work day for most Americans but Dayton fans have all day everyday to spend time here. I blame Bush! Lol.... Everyone else seems to... heck they can even browse from their phone in the unemployment line. Next please!!!!!!

I think the real difference is Central seems to play down to the competion and Dayton dominates the toilet paper district. I see both teams making noise in the playoffs and cant wait til the match-ups unfold. ;)
Truiest thing you've said all night..Im not gonna lie, We do play down to the competition..Which Central has been doing lately, since 07...But their's also some good in that, being No one, and not even I have seen the type of ball we are capable of playing...
I am a GCM fan and honestly was worried about the playoff game last year. We were respectable in the 7-0 loss but I was very suprised with the talent I heard that they had. This gave many sense that we would be respectable this season as most of the defense returned. I was skepticle but optimistic at the same time. I blame Central! lol
 3.
I got bad news.  A small oven in an Indian store warning up frozen pizzas does not count as a Pizza Hut.
Now that is funny! Does a guy with a bucket, water hose and sponge count as an automatic car wash! If he has a canopy, it is a drive thru car wash! Lol
As much as I hate to admit it, I have to agree with the statement above. Hope we can change that in the near future..
If they lose to GCM and Crosby, there is a chance that they dont get in.
I never was quoted as saying I knew the scenarious I just know there is a cap on points if it is deciding a playoff spot. UIL Website... You tell me a fact on what u know about the scenario and I will check it myself. I advise anyone to do the same. If you want to debate football, I know where my bet goes. Sorry! I have seen to many of the idiots here. Are you one of them?

You guys on here trolling for anyone who is dissin Dayton? You are the only team that has earned respect but a few of the Dayton posters think they know so much so much their ignorance shows here. I can probably tell you more facts about your team and coach than most of you. Take the bait! Lol...
 8.
Successful coaches will make ajustments and BH is @ home.Add to the fuel BH has GCM's DC on the Eagles side.I got BH by 17
I got BH by 54! Wat u got! They are for real!
 9.
I hate to say it cbear but dont look to much into the win Friday. Its a great start but for this year to little to late. If yall would of took care of GP and CE king might be a different story. Finish strong and look forward to next year but playoffs this year..............
I am a realist and we do not really deserve a playoff spot. I would just like the guys to come out and play with some heart in these last two games. If a miracle happens, that is what it is. Your not busting any bubble here. I do get a kick out of everyone stating there opinions and predictions like facts here. Please do not get me started with my expert armchair qb-ing here on those two games. We do have about 15-16 starters back next season so we can dream.
 10.

I think Dayton beats anyone in 20-4A anyways... just BH has no chance against PNG or LCM. I think if they play Lumberton they beat them by 14 this time. BH is a much better team then the beginning of the season
Wrong there.  BH beats anyone in 20-4A except maybe Central.  Different team than what Lumberton or Nederland saw and we beat Nedeland.
Have still not learned a lesson from the Dayton thread? There is no way to predict this. You guys have beat several weak teams and now could beat anyone in 20-4a. Give me a break... BH must be for real! If u guys beat GCM, we are weak as well. You have a very weak district  here. Get it! Dayton and everyone else. I hate saying or hearing but it is the truth. Be a realist!
Hardly. Cougs play DAYTON/BH to end season. GCM plays BH/NF BH plays GCM/Crosby GALENA plays pancake city. thier are scenarios where dayton is undefeated Dayton COUGS BH GCM GALENA all with 3 losses Currently that would mean GCM is out (AS CROSBY and BH out scored GP by more than crosby got outscored, and its unlikely that if BH loses they'll lose by as much as GP beat GCM by. you could see a district where this occurs DAYTON #1 DIV2 BH #2 DIV2 GP #1 DIV 1 Crosby#2 DIV 1 course Crosby beats either Dayton or BH and they make playoffs no issue, after that showing against GCM im not ready to cold hard lock my picks.
??? ??? ??? ??? ??? 19-4A is easy You got DAYTON then you got the rest.
I am not sure 19-4a uses a point system and if they do there is a cap on it but it is up to the individual district to set this amount. The UIL does not do this. If a district does not set up its own tie breaking system,  UIL rules apply and it is not a point system. Does anyone know the facts here? I would like to know....
 12. GCM has to play defense and did an excellent job last week in the first half staying back and not just running up field. This is where we have been killed all season. Also penalties killed us this season and last week giving Crosby too many extra opportunities. First time all season we did not look so predictable on offense. Will have our speed man Guillory back. Been hurt most of season.
 13. Going to be tough for GCM against BH defense. We will have Guillory, our speed RB back this week after being out last few weeks. Hope he sees some action as he has shown he can break it at any time. He has been banged up most of the season. We mixed it up so much last and ran from several formations and were not so predictable. If our "D" disciplined against the running game, it should be competitive. The biggest change I saw last week was our LBs not running upfield every play and staying more disciplined, especially in 1st half. Good luck to both teams.
 14. If GCM wins out they would own tie breaker with Crosby and if BH loses out and GCM wins out they would own with them too.
 15.
There is a reason D. Olin left.  That whole side of Baytown is in shambles.  I don't see it getting any better.  There are far too many illegals in Baytown, and especially on that side for any increase in tax revenue.  If they don't spend their money here, and they dont, then businesses won't come.  Just look at the san Jacinto Mall and that's on the "good" side of town.  People don't spend money in Baytown, they drive to clear lake and humble.  Until Mont Belvieu developes like Katy, Baytown won't see much growth outside of GCM's area.  The bulk of the town is just too old or they have taken the available land and commercialized it.  It is sad, I recall the glory days of Lee.  I saw someone mention Quenton, who was a beast.  His brother and sisters were just as big.
You can have a competitive football program in a poor area. Galena Park was 10-0 regular season 5 years ago, Galvston Ball, La Marque, Texas City, PA Memorial, Central... I can go on... BH is years from being close to a Katy...If you teach the kids the game, they will love the game.
 16. Good job BH on stopping GP and their overated offense...GCM made no adjustments and a 10-7 halftime score became a track meet with them winning the 2nd haft when they played them. I like our adjustments to semi-contain crosby's offense. You guys are for real... it will be tough for us to get a win at your place, I hope we can win in a close one.
 17. I also want to say coaches should not be questioned constantly on play calling, personnel, who plays where etc. I have done it but I disagree with it. I should have coached if I wanted to call plays and place personnel where I think they should be. If they are coached well, they should execute. I just expect them to respect the players and they will respect you. If not weed out the bad players.
 18. We have been trying to light a fire under the program at GCM all season. They responded well last night to all the doubters. Pleasantly suprised me.. I will wait to give my take on how to do this at REL until after GCM plays them. I want to see Lee do well. I like Lee and the way they have always played football. They were never intimidated and always had a swagger, even on an average team. There are not many coaches who like to be criticized, no matter what they may say. They need to be the ones to rally the players and then the players rally their own. Encourage and correct, dido, dido, dido, until it sticks. Players will respond and if players think you care for them and like them, they will defend you as a coach through adversity. Human Nature.
 19.

GCM 28 Crosby 13
Did you have that talk with the coach or what? I know theres plenty of time left but........COME ON PATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think they got the message from several people around. There are a few creeping around on here. Kids respond to positive reinforcement very well. They need to be corrected and coached when mistakes are made. When a player makes a mistake and does not really know how to correct it or makes a bad read, he has to have someone explain what he did wrong. Crosby has the same issues on defense. these guys made the same mistake, over and over with no adjusments. Blows me away! An average "d" and Crosby is probably undefeated.
 20. GCM LBs made Merka make a decision and he beat us anyway a few times but we made him earn it by not running upfield and take themselves out of the play in the process. Great adjustment to semi contain a Future D-1 player. I agree their D struggled all night. Our qb stayed within himself tonight and avoided mistakes and made plays when they were there. Great job! Had a great punt return by Simpson as well as a couple of great plays and td at wr. Little roll out throw to FB was there most of the night.
 21. I know the coaches could not give a hoot about the armchair qbs here but I liked their enthusiasm tonight. I saw fire in them. Great fun tonight in the win.
 22.
Crosby is terrible, if they were in 20-4a they would finish last in our district. I look for Dayton to out score them by at least 50.
Their defense struggles but I cannot see many all around players like Merka, even in 20-4a. Do not know what he will play at TCU but if he breaks it, few teams have the speed to catch him. I see him as a WR there. He was so tired and exhausted and got leveled at the end of the game at came back and played. He was on his back several times.
 23. I absolutely loved the enthusiasm and fight in our team and coaches. We played like we had nothing to lose. Great prep and adjustments as Crosby changed their plan. Merka is a gamer! Absolute stud and fighter. Seems like a very humble kid.
