This is a match between one of the dominate teams in the district against one of the weaker. Colmesneil will come out on top by 3 of 4 TDs. I would love to see the Mustangs whip the Dogs, but we all have to live in the real world, not one we dream up in cyberspace. Good luck Stangs, play hard and hope no one gets hurt. By the way what were you thinking by picking Colmesneil for homecoming? Set your goals high but not ridiculous.

How are they overrated? Are you blaming the Rebels fan? Come on.....we're parents and friends who support our kids because we're really proud of how hard they've worked and how much it is paying off for them. If you are blaming us for being good fans to our kids. We appreciate the endictment. We play in the district we are assigned. Can't do anything about it being the weakest district in the state as some have said. Which sounds like a pretty bad assessment of their own teams. Evadale had to play in the same rain Burkeville did. We played with the same refs as High Island. Yet they have week in and week out beat every team they have come up against. 7 and 0, when was the last time your team was there? Been a while hasn't it. Keep up the good work boys.

evadale played a good game there best players were the ones in stripes Just for your info., it's their not there. That ref excuse always comes out when those that are not very intelligent can't process the game for what it is and offer some real criticism. The Rebs are undefeated. The guys in the stripes do the best they can and tend to lean towards the underdogs if they lean at all. You played hard to the very end Cards and earned a lot of respect from the Rebels fans. Good luck with the rest of your season. Rebs good job. Continue to work hard and don't underestimate the rumble at Colmesneil.

It starts with building a stronger district to compete with each other on a competitive level that will prepare them for the teams they will face in the playoffs. Elevate the district = greater post district play.

Congrats Colmesneil from a Reb fan......the build up to the game between us is going to be fun over the next couple of weeks. This is good for our district, maybe we can get a little more respect in the state.

Evadale has struggled for years to bring quality football teams to the field and their persistence has paid off. They had a good team last year and will potentially bring dominating teams to the field for several years to come. Mark Williams is a class act as a coach and requires his boys to work their butts off. Whether they win another game or not they are the real deal.
