i cant wait not only a great ball game to watch but 2 great bands!!!! LETS GO WILDCATS!!!!! and Wildcat fans lets bring on the noise this time....to many peoplemust have been practising for openingday!! ive never been to a quiet ball game. I can honestly saw it sucked.....I LOVE OUR MOUTHS!!!!!

and were not!!! we have not let a game go yet!! Yes Carthage is a great team, but the cats know how they play ball. We lost the first year and won the second. I think that if and when they meet up, it will be the best game of the year and i know Kirbyville will Finally be bringing home a STATE TITLE!  and when we do meet up and we lose who cares WE AT LEAST MADE IT THERE!!! AND THIS WILL MAKE 3YRS AND COUNTING

All of our hearts have had a piece fall last week, but since it happened i wondered if anyone had thought about the Jasper boys... I know that the Wos boys need the prayers but i also felt like Jasper probley left....LOST. How do you react to something so bad? I had friends at that game and all they could say was how sad, and, sorry I dont know how to explain it. I want to say that from what ive heard Jasper handeled themselves like men, not boys. and the coaching staff did exactly what i would have done. They acted like parents and was just there for the boys to lean on. Jasper im very proud to call you my hometown. And just like WOS you may not ever forget this but you can learn from it. So you to need to go out and play 112% everyone does. I am honored to call Southeast Texas Home! we have all come together for a hometown and are trying to carry them through their time of heart ache. It is so nice to know that if something like this would have happened to one of my kids you would all be there.
Reggie, you dont know most of us, but you have touched us all and have made us think and appriciate what we have. So I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart. And I pray for the healing of your brothers on every football field. I hope that all of Southeast Texas makes you proud, for the rest of the season. But last week while we were at our homecoming we heard of this young mans passing and i no longer could think the same.  I no longer want to even think or start up stuff but to talk and make this yooung man proud.  As for this game...I can only image how these boys must be feeling, and im glad im not them. But can you see Reggie up there watching his mustangs? I can and he is going to be holloring at all of us if we DONT give 112%  I think that this game is going to be a great one...on one side they are playing to heal...and on the other it was going to be a game of payback, but now it has turned into a game of HONOR.  Like quoted in a movie "he loved the game, Do you really think he wants to be sitting up in heaven watching a crappy game?" NO He is gaoing to want his team to play with all they have and im sure he would want our cats to come in and TRY to take last years lose away... I do know that all the boys on the field is not going to be feeling the same. We cats may not have known him but i can only hope that my son grows up as nicely as Reggie. Every touchdown that night will be for you Reggie and every play will be for the healing of a teams heart.... I will be there to root my cats on but my heart will be with wos. Boys play with your heart like Reggie apparently did and may the best team win!

i was not going to travel almost 3 hrs for a game this week but i have decided to do so...For people who dont know me i love doing things for a cause. I am a director of a benifit pageant for breast cancer awareness...My queens will be donating blue and silver ribbons with the #12 on them for all of the wildcat fans, if you would like this please let me know. I would also like to give all of the coaching staff a ribbon to wear.

I would also like to add that my oldest son is only 10 yrs old and loves football with all his heart, he is my little Rudy. He is the smallest one on his team but has the heart of a grown man for this sport. Today he took the field for the first time this season and as we parents were all cheering for our own child i could not stop thinking about Reggie, and the story from the other forum. Jerrett will be wearing a patch for the rest of his little season, with 112% on it. He heard the news last night at the game and ihad toexplain to him how a football player could die at a game. I could tell he was lost and confused. I will explain this patch to him and my little RUDY will grow up with a goal of 112%.

But as we learned the truth we all began to  get silent. It was our homecoming and we had a very close game but all icould think about was this young man.. I thought i was a Wildcat fan and Jasper fan. During play offs i cheer for ANY south east texas team still moving forward. But i can honestly say that all of South East Texas was a Mustang Last night...As our game ended at Wildcat Stadium we as fans and teams took a long momentof silence for this young manand his family. I have no idea how is family is doing andidont know ifi could even handle it myself, but i truely feel that this young man has more fans and family. He was a great player and a great role model and i pray that his team, coaches, and family can pull together and play for Reggie! we all will be playing for Reggie this year. I know when we play Wos I will be wearing a blue and silver ribbon on my wildcat shirt to honor him and to show him that win or lose we will play FOR Him.  I hope we as a community will try to do the same.. This year at our school KIRBYVILLE! our kids have had all of this taken away almost. no mums are allowed at High School or Jr High....The parade this year was during the Jr High's Football game, so half of the town missed because of the other game. I am so upset. and so are alot of the kids. We were told on Wednesday that they could not wear them to school. Today when i went to the Jr High Pep ralley, you could not even tell it was homecoming. I agree with you... I think that my cats are going to have to work there butts off to win this one... what ive seen or comparing scores and such i think this will be the best game so far this year. i THINK THE WOS and the Cats game will be down to the wire! last year i thought i was going to have a heart attack and i have a feeling it will be that way again.....Good thing they have a big stadium!  we roll up the sidewalks for games like this!

But i dont think WOS has ever been that talented.... i think that they get lucky alot.... i know the only reason your guys won last year was because of unfair refs! i saw it on channel 6 we were over the line....Like i said they get lucky and that is always a good game between Jasper and WOS....So once ag ain Good Luck to both teams!! iTS NOT LIKE THIS ONE COUNTS!  :D

I understand that but im saying that if Jasper can get over their fear of wos then they can win this game. Even when Jasper won everygame it was always the wos game that they would lose...this was even on years when they made it almost to the final game...It is almost like the boys think oh no we are  going to lose this game when they see it on the schedule. and i  know that they can win. I dont care if they lose everygame up until then i still think they can win that game..Any team can win on any given night...It just depends on who wants it more......The Dawgs or the Stangs?? we will see
