I said that I have seen both teams play and Gilmer is a much better team. I hate to say this about a local team, but WO-S is great here at home. Too bad when they leave this area though.

I have a close friend that coaches at Gilmer and I have seen them play this year. WO-S had better enjoy playing these teams in this area because if they meet Gilmer in the playoffs it's going to get real ugly real fast for the Mustangs.

I hate to read these posts from the folks that have just lost. They always seem to want to tear down the good programs. Maybe Lumberton did loose and maybe WO-S does have an awsome program----GREAT!!!!!!. Lets focus on this week and then we'll look at next weeks games. H-F has a pretty good team with some good coaches. Show a little respect if you can and give these guys the respect a true sportsman should show.

When Silsbee takes on WO-S at Silsbee's homecoming the intensity level will be high.I think this may be enough to bring about an upset. It would be great to get to see such a game. I think this game will be one for the highlight reels for years to come. What does everyone else think? :?: :?:

In the 80's there was an All-State off. lineman from Kirbyville named Dexter Minter. He was pretty good.

Silsbee is too big on the line for BC. They should blow BC off the line every down. The only way I see BC winning is if Silsbee keeps turning the ball over and BC can use their offensive speed to run up the score.

It's great to be confident going into a game like this one, but reality must prevail over fantasy. Kirbyville has alot of heart and desire, but WOS has the talent and depth. When K'ville gets tired and winded from going both ways the Mustangs will sub in to keep their kids fresh. I don't cared how much heart you have when you wear out it's hard to play.
