(reminders of Aaron Sharps high school career)
watched the freshmen team play. Kids must not have suited up dayton beat them by like 50.
Ouch lol.
oopsie  ;D
PN-G freshman got a piece of them to..41-12 oopsie again  8)
;)
Someone posted earlier that in the Georgetown win over PN-G, the Eagles "small-balled" the Indians the whole game.  Have they become power hitters since or was the poster mistaken? ???
They definitely played small ball Friday night, that PNG had trouble with...and got some good solid hits in too...I think BH will take the series.
I believe Critter meant HR hitting BH Eagles...not Georgetown Eagles
People do not pay school taxes for a uniform for their kids, they are paying school taxes for an education.  If you opt out of the education, you should also be opting out of what comes with the education.  EXTRAcurricular
I agree...+1!!
 6. I'm done now...we obviously have different opinions on how to earn respect...I have no problem agreeing to disagree  :)

I really don't care if it was only freshmen. The actions of the athletes and parents was ridiculous! Even some of the coaches were showing their behinds some. Then come to varsity baseball this year...same as the freshmen football players, slapping the ground and wanting to fight when the game was over. I for one have no respect for the SC program all because of what I've seen first hand.
Omg! How many times will you talk about the SC freshman game?.? Geez. And it was a few kids and parents, that doesn't define a program....
It wasn't just a few kids and parents. Coaches too...thought I was finished, but saw it again Friday night at the baseball game. I didn't say it defined the program...I said I have no respect because of what I've seen first hand. Maybe my opinion will change, and honestly hope What did the baseball team do for you to think they wanted to fight?
Maybe the coach holding the player back?? We're you there?

pompous, undisciplined, demanding respect - and then quick to cry when they get beat that the opponent should have been classified as a 5-A program. Did I forget anything?
Sounds about right.
Wasnt like that in the locker room when I was there, doubt it is now. Just saying...
That's how it was on the field...baseball most recently, and at least freshman football...for the games I have seen.
 11. Both times I've been at a SC game, it's been the same thing! No discipline and some serious attitudes!
 12. Not sure how that happened...but field lights went out...about to start up again! Lights back on!
 13. I'll be there supporting my Indians...just like I do in football...and basketball too!  ;)

 19.
Congrats to the new coach and good luck with the program.  If the parents will stay out of the way, I'm sure the program will have success. Bedelmon, I don't know you or anyone else associated with HJ football but I feel like I need to give some constructive criticism here.  You are very passionate about HJ, athletics and your kids and that is all great.  But what is not great is the manner in which your passion is displayed.  If you were just an old fart that didn't have kids in the program, people would just disagree with you, argue about it and move on.  But having kids in the program, you have a different set of responsibilities.  On that list are things like Support and cheer for your kids and the team, Pick them up when they fail, Celebrate their victories and accomplishments and yes, the 'occasional' grumble under your breath about a coaching call or another kid messing up.  If you want to badmouth the coaching, at least have the consideration for your own kids to use an alias and not your real name.  I know you feel like there is some honor or something in using your name and there is if used responsibly. If you were my dad, I would be begging you to just shut up.  I know you mean well and this should really be coming from someone close to you that cares about you and your family, but either nobody has told you or you are refusing to listen so here it is.  Let the coaches coach and let the kids play.  Be supportive and try to stay out of their way.  It sounds like your kids have some talent and will do something with it, if you don't mess it up for them.
VERY well said!
 20. PNG JV beat Nederland 12-5...Chase Warren and Michael Hughes hit homeruns
 21. I'm just ready for it to get started!  Counting down the days!  ;D  I think we're going to surprise some people!
 22. I was looking this morning and wondering the same thing!  ???
