Congratulations to Reagan and the Hardin Jefferson Women's track team. Hardin Jefferson girls win state 4A Championship! Reagan set new 4A record in 200 meter dash with a time of 23.41!! That is flying. Hardin Jefferson also wins Gold in 4x200 Relay. Congratulations to HJ and both coach Grangers.  Very special group of young ladys.  So proud of my niece, Reagan Padgett.

I have watched Tatum on film! They are  very good and  best team HJ has played this year in my opinion. Will be a tough game on the road!  HJ defense will step up and and make enough plays to bring home a win.

HJ supporters, I think we should not take bait and discuss anybody other than our next opponent.  Center is a good football team.  We have many games to play before WOS. HJ has plenty room to improve and I know we will.

Good question.   All sports people know that no win is guaranteed, especially in highschool sports.  That being said, from what I see HJ definitely not looking past Kountze.  After playing sloppy and inconsistent last week the kids think they have something to prove.  Should be a very good game to watch.  Kountze has some very good skill kids who know how to move in open space.  The HJ offense is very tough to stop on a regular basis, and may be a little stout for this Kountze d.  We will see... 

I grew up calling white people thugs I never new it had a racial connotation. If it does I will refrain from using it.

Seems like every year there is a team that had some recent success and some of their fans go nuts just to be humbled again and again. Lol!  You can tell the posters that have been riding the jock of their old schools successful program.  That easy to do!!!   Its much more difficult to change the culture of a program in a short period of time like what has happened at HJ.  Your not an IDIOT for disagreeing with me. I saw many bad calls tonight.  To say that they were biased towards HJ is not close to being accurate.  HJ controlled the game and made plays to win.  Jasper is a good team and I with them luck this year.

It shows that HJ was well improved but i wouldnt base their strength this season on them. Lets face it, they got a very favorable playoff draw last year. If they would have been on the other side of the bracket they are 1 and done. Im not sure what Jasper lost but if they are pretty much the same team as last year, its going to be ugly for HJ.
