Lets hope an injury free ball game. I see Anahuac runs the spread offense, but the center is hiking the ball too high....not good!
Players really haven't bought in nor have they adjusted to the new system...that mixed with injuries doesn't bode well for my panthers.  However, there's no excuse for high snaps period...that's what 2adays, scrimmages and everyday practices are for!  Gonna be a long season, IMO

 4. As long as EC's center doesn't snap it over their QB's head every other play(such as AP did), Bucs win by 20...

 6.
There will always be some turbulence in our polls early on as people see folks in play for the first time.  Heck, it could be the same way.  Anahuac is not alone. Dayton, Nederland and West Orange-Stark all dropped in the 5A-3A poll despite winning their openers. ECBucFan is right.  This poll won't determine who makes it to Jerry World (or the AlamoDome or Reliant Stadium).  But considering the fan bases affected.  I think we are gonna hear some chatter.
I'm okay with dropping down(not really), but ranked below Deweyville...c'mon voters???  [img][Hidden Content]]
 7.
I am going with anahuac 28-7
Looks about right, being that our defense only gave up 3 points last week.
 8. Like always, or just the 2 yrs the cats were state finalist? The simple fact of the matter is your team may beat us this year, or they may not...but Im not the one who looks like a d-bag on this site!  You guys were supposed to be unbeatable...all kinds of depth & talent, etc. - then you went and laid an egg.  Pitiful buddy, just pitiful. Support your team by all means, but at least look at your cards every now and then, because you really don't have a good hand this season.  Not good enough to win this district!

Liberty not good, they just got routed by Jasper. With the athletic Wr's we have im hoping Coach Neece expose that suspect secondary of them eagles..lol
WOW this guy never stops going on other peoples forums and trashes them and tells how Kirbyville is going to take over the world with no facts to back his words. He is as confused as two little girls kissing. Bridge City would kill Kirbyville and here are a few facts to back that up. Max Preps ratings. They may not be perfect but I'll take Max Preps over Kvillecats any day. ;D Mascot:Cardinals Team:Varsity 12-13 Colors:Red, White Coach:Cris Stump Address:2690 Texas Ave., Bridge City, TX 77611 Overall:0-1-0 League:0-0-0 National Rank:2451 • State Division 50 Cleveland Mascot:Indians Team:Varsity 12-13 Colors:Red, White Coach:Clayton Maple Address:2000 E Houston St, Cleveland, TX 77327 Overall:2-0-1 League:0-0-0 National Rank:7332 • State Division 128 Newton will be a force hard to contain. Good luck Newton, I enjoy watching a hard fought game every year. God Bless Ya on and off the field. ;)
It appears that Cleveland already has 2 wins & 1 tie on the season.  Does whipping the crap out of Kirbyville account for this?  (2.5wins/ .5loss)???  ;)
 11. Kvillecats is about as dumb & immature as they come folks...I have already told him to prepare for disappointment and apparently 1 loss wasn't enough.  It's too early to worry about the EC game, but the odds of Kirbyille losing to both Buna & Jasper are better than dem cats beating dem Bucs. I wish the best for the Wildcats this year, however, my prediction is they will be 0-3 coming in to the Anahuac game...and I need to evaluate my Panthers a little more before I make that call.
