I sure hope our defense comes out with that same intensity, and if they do it could be a long night for the Bulldogs.  I know they'll be faster and more polished than Jefferson was, but apparently size shouldn't be a factor.  As long as our offense can move the ball I really like our chances.  I see Crockett having the bye week blues...IMO!

I don't know much about the Bulldogs, but if our defense plays like it did against Jefferson (78yds total offense), Crockett may find it difficult to get anything going.  I do expect them to be a lot better than Jefferson, but I think we're playing too good right now to lose this game. Todd, I didn't get to hear you as I was in the stands, but it sounds like you did an awesome job.  As for the Panthers performance, very dominating!  I just looked at the stats and we held them to 78 yards of total offense. 

Great win for the Panthers...nice to see them hold on to the ball in the 2nd half!  I didn't get to see the skirmish at the end, was already at the truck.  Jefferson was definitely a big team, but unless you can throw the ball you won't have much success moving the ball against our defense.  It was nice to pitch a shutout and next up - Crockett. Go AP!!!

[/quote] I've already stated in another thread that you guys have our number, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I think your Bucs are better - they've just been better when they've played us and that's my opinion.  If you want to look at stats, our defense has pretty much shut Hank down or the whole offense down the past 2 years.  We've held yall to 14 points the past 2 seasons, and in turn yall have held us to 13 and 10 as well.  We should be saluting defenses cause the last 2 games have been everything but offense.  On paper there's no way y'all win the last 2 seasons, but you did it anyway and it wasn't because of the star!  I support the Bucs throughout the entire season and will continue throughout the playoffs.  But I won't come on here and say EC has the better team when I don't believe it!
