Well isn't it curious that Dville always plays down? Not one game have they played up.

When other teams do bring the pain to Lumberton all of the kids can look at L-townStunner as the reason why.

If they played up they might have to go a full game!

Its easy to make excuses why someone won't play tough competition. There are other 3A districts that a 2a district can play. I guess we'll hear why that can't be done. I know that someone must play down if the other team is playing up but for a team to exclusively play schools half their size on a continual basis it just doesn't merit much respect.

Not exactly true, there is another 2A district a little north, there are other districts close by as well. Newton, East Chambers, Woodville haven't played down a class yet. And don't give us the old small school argument because when Newton was one of the smallest schools in 3a we were playing 4a schools.

Maybe Newton should schedule patsies like Dwyville is. LOL One thing is for sure, Newton won't be canceling any games after the 1st quarter because they're outmatched.

Wrong again. After a realignment a new schedule is made. Deweyville doesn't want to play up. They are playing schools half their size.

In my opinion the most overrated team in SeTexas is Lumberton. To hear this much blah blah blah from a team that has never shown anything is disgusting.

I absolutely disagree with your statement. Many times hs/jh coaches have to reteach kids that have learned bad habits from peewee coaches. I wouldn't start my kids playing football until the 7th grade. That is more than enough time to develop as a football player.

I wouldn't figure that would matter. Many kids don't even play pop warner football and start out in JH. They do fine. What I've always respected about Vidor is that at any time you guys can beat anyone. I know you seem to have a hard time getting over the hump every year but everybody better play you guys hard.
