When LP commits a false start or procedure penalty, do the players always drop and do team pushups? I don’t remember seeing that in past seasons. LP’s Sean Simon may be the best north/south RB in SETX. At 5'9" and 195 lbs., he runs with power and he punishes tacklers. 3Q: PAM 27 and LP 24. PAM hit the long pass but couldn't score. LP marched down the field, converted a big 4th and 2, before finishing the drive and punching the ball into the end zone. That possession changed the momentum of the game. Good game by both teams.

Winning out would likely give them a top 8 seed and a guaranteed home game with a bye. I like your thought process. I will definitely be in Beaumont for the HCU game in 2 weeks.

Obviously winning out will get you a home game but I also think a close loss to SFA, if it's the only loss, will keep them top 16. I prefer winning out. lol

North Dakota and Montana lost today. Both are ranked above LU. Also #2 Tarleton is up by 19 on #8 Austin Peay in the 3rd. Not sure what this will or will not do for LU, but fun to follow. If a team is seeded in the top 16 they are guaranteed a home playoff game. So, the higher in the polls the better. Still early and have a tough few weeks ahead.

Even though my Aggies lost today, I have made some serious bank today on my college plays. Cougar High getting 3 at KState was a gimme. Laid a bundle on that one. Same for UCLA game. My Georgia play looking good so far. Now just can't blow it tomorrow on the NFL. lol

Y’all would have to win out & LP would have to lose two games for PAM to get title and #1 seed. No tiebreak will help you as you lose the head-to-head with La Porte, and BU has already lost a game. If the Dawgs were to only lose one game, it would have to be to BU, and BU would have to win out, for LP to not be DC & #1 seed. That would still put PAM at #3 seed. Y’all need to win out to hold #2. Y’all’s game against BU is BIG. If the Dawgs take care of business and win out, it’s over, and LP will win their 4th consecutive District Championship with 25 straight district wins between 2 different districts.

If Lufkin can upset LP, do we have a shot at the title via tie breaker and points?? I’m reaching here, but that the last decent team LP will face

First off congratulations to LP on the victory That’s the LP I remember with that unique with misdirection with the qb and rb’s damn near sitting on the ground prior to the snap. Is it possible THIS was the game LP had been waiting for all year? It felt like they had this game circled on their calendar. we just couldn’t tackle to save our lives…. Blown coverages. I feel like the offense pretty much put up enough points( if they can put 30-35 pts up, defense have to stop) due to what we have. Be nice if they let Richard’s take more snaps at WR to take the top off the defense. Gray needs a good 3-5 yards to gain momentum this could help if more attention is on Richrds and Woods. I’m not gonna sit here and say the two players that didn’t suit up would have made a difference, maybe a td difference.. our kicker should have more confidence now too. I’m sticking with my 3 and done still. Especially now since we will finish 2nd or 3rd. BU is coming… they are VERY capable of beating PAM
