We were missing our starting safety and two defensive linemen. Look for more pressure applied to the sc qb,but we need to work on coverage none the less

28 - 0 knuckleheads and Jeff pulled the starters. LCM was playing at home for their playoff lives. Hard to start back up once you cool off. We let up and they came back...I congratulate them on a valiant effort.

No, we had not given up more than 21 points to any team this season. We were killed by 5 yard outs, screen passes, and running backs catching passes out of the backfield in the flats. We did however keep the streak of not giving up any points in the first quarter, no team has done that on us this season if my info is correct, for whatever thats worth. I hope Cooper can play next week we need him. Good job boys, and congrats on a great season, good luck in the playoffs.

Big 12 type score tonight, with one team going almost exclusively with the pass and the other with the run.  Vidor D gave up twice the points than they usually do, but had some substitutes in after the 28-0 first quarter.
Still 9-1 is the second best regular season record for the Pirates.
Really enjoyed the "after game" performance by the band!
