Are you serious? NUMBER 1:  HE IS AN OBNOXIOUS NORTHEAST YANKEE KNOW IT ALL THAT TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN BASHING BEAUMONT.  NUMBER 2, THE ONLY PLACE HE HAD ANY SUCCESS WAS HERE.

[/quote]Sorry, you need a coach who will recognize, recruit, and get the talent of players who can compete at a mid-major conference. The talent pool ain't that great out there once you start looking at the 100-200 players in the lower rankings.

Your coaching style has to reflect the players on your roster.

Best example is Lumberton in the early to mid 2000's.. They ran a spread offense for football and they were all white with no one running under a 4.8 with a QB that wasn't successful throwing the ball. Hence, a spread offense doesn't fit that team which is why Lumberton never won.

Lamar needs a coach that can translate an offense to the style of players he has. [b]Cross[/b].
