Pardon me sir, for the interruption but I am curious about something.  You first suggest that HJ should not live on their PAST achievements and, at the very same time, want to know what the PAST records are between HJ and Silsbee.  Most try to stay consistent with whatever point they are trying to make.

Silsbee has more NFL, Olympics, All Americans, Allstate, NBA, MLB players than HJ. No we don't have titles in basketball$ Silsbee use to be a large 4A school when I was there from 94-98. We had close to 1300 students at one point. My class graduated 305 students. HJ has had it share of great players too. Silsbee has been the larger community and that's why. Tigers by 12 Friday and I will be in the house!

BADSANTA, to my knowledge, Silsbee has never had a player play in the NBA. WNBA, yes, but not NBA. Also, we have had players play in the minor leagues, but none of them made it to the majors in baseball, including my dad.
