beating the crap out of really bad teams, or losing their first district game?  they've got a solid squad, and they've got a solid coach.  who knows, maybe they beat nederland if they have any experience at all this year playing against a good opponent (and by any, i mean a single game, even)

Has Vidor played anyone this year that may be considered above average, in any classification?  Not being smart but was wondering if the Pirates have improved or are they still playing down in competition?
