Kirbyville vs. WOS who wins??

Kville has no idea what will be unleashed on them! Im from WO-S' date='and along with many mustang fans am predicting a blowout....[/quote']

I'll have to agree. Cats did beat Jasper 2 yrs ago. Big deal they knew their plays! Right? (Audiable tape) Last year Jasper puts them back in there place. This year they were just dang lucky. Jasper has the worst team they've had in years and it still came down to the final seconds. So Kville not a chance against WOS. WOS will walk! Kville does have some great athletes but just can't compete with the big dogs.

OK, let me set the record straight for you K'ville fans(not all, but some). I sure hope that all the "we got this and we got that and #15 is gonna do this" talk is just having fun. We here at WOS, dont really get all worked up on all the trash gibberish teams say to us week in and week out. Just ask all the teams who do that, they have a loss on their record due to us. I also hope that you, K'ville balla, are in highschool. I say that because maybe you have no clue who we are. You couldnt, there is no way someone would talk that trash with a straight face. It is entertaining though. I will not say that there will be a blowout this Friday, but I will say yall havent and probably will not see another team like this in a long time. I hope yall have yalls chin straps buckled and your cleats on Very Very tight!!!!!

Word from the wise,.........by saying what yall are saying just makes it worse for yall, just think about that. peace 8)

Why when Jasper loose to Kirbyville excuses are being made? Kirbyville has beaten Jasper fair and square those times they beaten them. To save embarrassment i guess. Aint no such thing as luck when Kirbyville beat Jasper this past friday. For the records Jasper isn't that much down from the times i've seen Kirbyville play them. Its just our boys come to play period. I wonder if Kirbyville mess around and upset Wos, what excuses are going to be posted? Qb wasn't healthy or they didn't have all their starters!!! Some of you people crack me up. You guys act like Wos the Dallas Cowboys or something!!!

Trust me aint no excuses here!! But, you can rest for sure Jack Alvarez have something for dem stangs. They predicted a blowout on Silsbee and Orangefield but, its looks to me they had their hands full. I'm hoping Dan Hooks overlooks Kirbyville. I would love to hear that story!!!!! If you know what I mean!!!

We havent even played Silsbee or O'field yet.

I DO believe K'ville has a great team. I predicted them to be a contender back in Feb. I just dont think they can hang with us. Should be a great game, but for you to think that yall have all the answers and that yall will "upset" us, you have something different coming.

Kville needs to come back to reality. They win a couple of games and they think they are already district champs. You've played "ONE" district game and barely won to the worst team Jasper has had in years. It is great to be confident but cocky will get ya no where. WOS will take care of that Fri. night. What I hear is you won on Jaspers mistakes just like you say Carthage won on yours. You will not only be out played by WOS but out coached too. Like I said I like the confidence but think just a little.

    • We'll see. I don't trust us.
    • Starting pitching has been shaky the last few weeks due to some injuries outside of Hagen Smith.  He goes tomorrow, so y’all should be fine
    • Manchin may get it but any mention of the radical left that wanted to get rid of the filibuster and end almost 220 years of history because the Democrats are mad?  The House and Senate are obviously different legislative bodies with entirely different election processes and rules for a reason. The House can vote on laws with a simple majority vote. The Senate put rules in place that it would make it much tougher to pass laws. Laws should be difficult to pass. The Senate is often the holdup of the right and left. It takes 60 votes to break the filibuster so any law will almost certainly require agreement at least in part, from opposing sides of an issue. Because they can’t get laws passed, the radical left is like a baby having a tantrum and wants to change over 200 years of history and make it potentially ridiculously easy to pass laws. I have seen current poll maps and it is possible for the Republicans to sweep into complete power in November but by the tiniest margin. That would possibly mean that a single vote margin in both houses could enact what you might call the radical right laws. There would be nothing that the Democrats could do to stop any legislation whatsoever if the left (they are all radical, minus Manchin) got their filibuster rule changed.  That is where the current filibuster comes into play as any new law would require several Democrats to agree with the majority Republicans and vice versa.  Do you want the potential for your radical right to have free rein as the radical left wants by killing the filibuster or is the radical left just as (if not more) dangerous? Let’s see if we have a history in this area? Oh yeah, the Democrats changed the rules in the Senate to allow federal judges to not have to overcome the filibuster. Obama was not getting his federal judge nominations passed and being angry, they changed the rules instead of nominating more moderate justices. They were warned that it would come back to bite them. They didn’t care and chose the nuclear option to change the rules. Oops! Any guess how Trump got all of his Supreme Court nominees passed against strong Democrat opposition? The Democrats got rid of the filibuster for federal judges after another tantrum   So when you are so worried about the radical right, are you equally concerned in what the radical left is always doing by changing rules and history which were put into place just for situations like we are in? So while Manchin gets it, what about his other 50 colleagues (49 + Harris)?  What concerns you more, Abbott and Paxton or the Democrats who want to make it to where if the Republicans do take over, they can go wild… at least in your mind?
    • MODS please remove that ISD twitter link! I had no idea it would copy the whole posting. I only highlighted the portion about the venue change. Sorry about that!
