They don't play their games their. Their home games are played at Barnett Stadium. They occasionally play a couple of games there.

Play in their face defense.  Real tight defense. Also, don't wait for the press to come to you.  You have to get the ball and go and make the crisp chest pass.  You do this, the game will be close...

Well, they can make a layup (dunk). Only saw one made jump shot the hole time (only attempted 2). That's good against these "scrub" teams with a size disadvantage. Show some video of them playing a "real" team.

Who have they played so far that would be considered a "marquee" win? No one!

Look what happened to Bellaire (5A) last year. Top team in Houston with several D1 players. YATES destroyed their mental game by winning by over 25 pts. You saw 3 minutes plus of YouTube video and now you are an expert on Jack Yates High basketball,  a top elite team. Get out of s.e.texas and watch the elite teams play. You'll see a difference.

By no means an expert, just not impressed by their body of work to date. If they beat Bellaire again by 25 pts, my opinion would change. (Not that my opinion matters)

They are #4 in the Nation. I think they should hold their own in the National Tournaments.
