And it is doubtful that such a move would be made.  It is usually written into the code of conduct of a school district that a punishment in one school district will be honored by another.

I heard a rumor the whole Central football team is moving to PN-G. To top it off...I then heard Ned, PN-G and PAM were combining to form a mega school. Go figure. I got this from a level 8 source.
