AggiesAreWe Posted yesterday at 12:54 PM Report Posted yesterday at 12:54 PM Massey projections has this one 26-22 LC-M. DCTF has Orangefield a 1 point favorite. I'll take the Bears, 16-14. Quote
Arch for MVP Posted yesterday at 01:48 PM Report Posted yesterday at 01:48 PM Gimme orange field 20-14 Quote
Setxhasbeen Posted yesterday at 01:52 PM Report Posted yesterday at 01:52 PM Gimmie OF in a low scoring contest. 17-14 Quote
LCM 83 Posted yesterday at 02:15 PM Report Posted yesterday at 02:15 PM Man, hard one to pick. I have grandchildren at both schools. LCM has a decent offense, defense showed to be lacking against a very good HF team. OF has an excellent offensive team and appears to be tough on defense. They beat BC and BC was picked to win the district with all their HYPE. (Go Tigers) OF beat Woodville 20-6, LCM beat Woodville 21-6. I pick LCM 24-23. Only because LCM has home field advantage. 😊 Quote
AbiGailBobCat Posted yesterday at 02:15 PM Report Posted yesterday at 02:15 PM With Granger sidelined, offense and defense are gonna have to step it up for a few weeks. IMO, they’ve already been grinding playing both sides of the ball. But hey, there’s always an excuse when things don’t go your way. Still… I like our chances. Regardless, the Bobcats will bark per usual. 27-17 Bobcats. Quote
Bobcats0809 Posted yesterday at 02:50 PM Report Posted yesterday at 02:50 PM Our offense has been bad and extremely predictable, we are extremely lucky to be 3-0, thanks to Woodville mistakes & BC special teams, if we don’t figure out how to consistently move the ball we won’t win this game & may lose more. Really hope we can figure it out. Quote

Bear Down00 Posted 23 hours ago Report Posted 23 hours ago BC gifted OF all 18 of their pts. Held them to under 200 total yds. Bears are deeper and just better. LCM big in this one! 27-7 Quote
setxathlete14 Posted 22 hours ago Report Posted 22 hours ago Unless OF qb throws 20+ dimes Bears take this one 28-13 Quote

All we heard for the longest was about how they needed to get out of slot t Its crazy how people think changing schemes is an automatic fix for some issues. Slot T is a great offense, can be very efficient if ran correctly same as all offenses. Imo slot t isnt as athlete demanding as others. Athletic lineman are a big help but can make it work without them. it definitely changed how its ran when they changed the cut block rules though. Forgot orangefield doesnt run the T anymore. Think that favors lcm match up wise… so ima swap my projection to 21-7 LCM Quote

They crossed the endzone & put it through the uprights. BC scored a TD on a defensive mistake by running up the middle & the LB falling down if we are using your logic. 28-13 Orangefield Arch for MVP 1 Quote

But that’s HS for you. The only reason I say this is because Orangefield has brought all its receivers back and the way they performed vs Franklin. I had my expectations set higher. Quote

At lcm and WB breauxs system relied heavily om qb running game.... From what ive gathered the qb now doesn't run much? Quote

I never said anything about previous games, or results? Not sure where i said BC gifted yall the game, i didnt even care to watch it. Hence me not knowing the T is no longer yalls offensive system. I hope orangefield does win, but according to other peoples comments orangefield is having offensive trouble, and i imagine LCM can match up on the outside to make the WRs make contested catches, which ive read catching is a problem for OF? If OF catches the ball itll be a good game. If they dont, lcm will win. Quote

Well they have a very good quarterback in Gonzalez. He's proven his worth from last year and this year as last year. They beat 2 - 4A teams, one being BC who is suppose to win their district and a 3A team in Woodville that made playoffs last year. I'm a huge LCM fan, but don't be surprised that the don't take this one on LCM's turf. LCM ran into a buzz saw with HF, with that said, dont be surprised if they take the district with WOS in it.
