The 14th was designed for slaves not for illegal immigrants. 

Based on what I am reading, this will be remedied by a constitutional amendment or new immigration laws.....Pregnancy test before being admitted?

No it's not. An amendment needs 66% of Congressional approval, and it needs all 50 states to agree. This is my understanding, so it is not happening anytime soon. I am not CB.

Go and read the 13th Amendment and 14th Amendment and you'll have a better understanding of who they were talking about.  It's not a coincidence that these two are together!

and it will be the next Roe versus Wade.....and be overturned, or amended - or they will pass new immigration laws that require pregnancy test and restrict to 6 month stays....

It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that our enemy countries can send over pregnant females to have babies, go back to their country, create terrorist, and they come back as US citizens....and kill us

This ruling may be a winner for Republicans to run against for mid terms.....this feels like an 80/20 to me

and you are correct - we should abide by all laws on the books - including all immigration laws.
