This rule goes far beyond just having to interview minority coaching candidates.  This should be interesting.  We should all be on the same page with this.  But we'll see. 

To me, it's a clear violation of the civil rights laws of any State that has an NFL team.  Not only that -- it violates the 1964 Civil Rights Act!
