The Best High School Football Stadium 2026 is down to Bruce Bradshaw Stadium vs Bulldog Stadium in La Porte. I can't believe Bulldog beat out Eagle Stadium in Allen! But, I must admit, Bulldog is VERY sweet, and just about the right size with the lighting, sound system, open concourse with the picnic tables, and even A/C in the heads. The video screen is awesome as well. Add in the seabreeze from the Bay about 200 yards away, and it's pretty nice.

Bruce Bradshaw Stadium (West Rusk) was named the Best High School Stadium in Texas 2026 by fan voting. Bulldog Stadium in La Porte was Runner-Up. My understanding is that Bruce Bradshaw Stadium was the initial field for Friday Night Lights as the first stadium in Texas to host a game under lights.

Pretty historic stadium.

Bulldog, on the other hand, is probably the most modern, immersive high school stadium--technology wise--that currently exists, from the total surround sound, lighting, effects, video & banner screens, and other modern amenities.

Bradshaw is historic. Bulldog is an experience.

Both are well deserving of the accolades.

Just saw where La Porte—along with 4 Stars Simon & Smith—also has a 4 Star kicker who is kicking 70 yarders. LP hasn’t had a kicker like that in a long time.

I'm waiting to see how LP's D will be this year. Pretty confident the O will be okay. Sounds like ST will be improved as well.
