State Representation, among funding for other things, etc., is apportioned by the official census once every 10 years. It doesn’t matter if a person is legal or illegal. All that matters is they are present, and fill out the census honestly as far as their residency. Citizenship is not currently a question. In effect, someone in the country illegally CAN affect representation which CAN affect Electoral votes.

Basically, the number of people in a State is less important than the number of people in a State that actually participate in the census. Sounds silly. But, that’s the way it works. That’s why there’s always a big push to make sure illegals know they won’t be deported if they fill out the census, and everyone else is pushed to participate. States want their representation, Electoral votes, and funding.

California had fewer people fill out the 2020 census than the 2010 census. The reason why doesn’t matter. But, we know from data that CA had one of the largest migrations out of State of any State in the Union.

Texas was reversed in the period 2010-2020.

Lastly, for someone to assume all Latino/Hispanics are homogenous and automatically vote Democratic is—at best—naive—and at worst—a bad stereotype. That’s wording it as nicely as I can.

Trump lost Georgia by less than 12,000 votes, is that statistically insignificant?

That’s a close race. No fraud discovered.

Apparently you haven’t been paying attention to what’s going on in Georgia.  The way you expose the cockroaches is by turning on the light.  Stay tuned.  BTW, also keep an eye on Arizona!
Also BTW, remember this:  2020 Election night Tuesday, at about midnight on the East Coast, Trump led in all the battleground states by decent margins. The betting odds were more than 75% for Trump to win. Then, for some unexplainable reason, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Nevada all seemingly stopped counting votes simultaneously, in unison. They took a "pause" at around 1 a.m. None of those states reported any additional votes for the next three hours.  No fraud?  Really?!
