When the law demands three signatures on tabulator tapes and the county fails to follow the rules, those 315,000 votes are, by definition, uncertified.

They found identical protective counters across several different polling places, polls that were opened eight days late, polls closed at impossibly late hours, like 2:09 a.m. in the morning, and poll closing times that do not match the tapes. They found duplicated scanner serial numbers where the memory devices were removed from one scanner and printed on an alternate scanner.

In other words there was massive fraud going on! Good grief.

By whose definition? Cite the law that backs up your claim of “by definition, uncertified”

You do realize that our foreign enemies have been trying for decades to manipulate us to where we are right now. Destabilize a democracy’s voting legitimacy, destabilize the democracy, propagandize it and slowly await its self destruction. I can’t believe the number of eyes blind to this fact.

Was the chain of custody broken when they were certifying those 315000 ballots?

Procedures are put in place in order to certify ballots. If the procedures are broken you can’t legally certify the ballots. They were broken not once or twice but 315,000 times!
