#10 BC Lady Cards (80) vs Kountze (33)

A strong performance from the BC Lady Cardinal Hoops as they defeat defending state champs Kountze, 80-33, on Friday at Bridge City High School. Mia Sterling scored 20 points to lead the way. 

Kaylee Britten (4), Steely Franklin (2), and Mia Sterling (4) each hit multiple three-pointers for BC.

The Lady Cards played stifling defense, blocking three shots and grabbing 22 steals while grabbing 36 rebounds. Kailey Nelson led the team with 9 rebounds while Kenlee Putnam snagged 7 to help the Lady Cards.  

BC passed the ball well with 22 assists on 28 made baskets. Kennedy Campbell and Kaylee Britten each had 4 assists.

Kaylee Britten (14 points), Steely Franklin (9 points), Kenlee Putnam (8 points), Kendal Krailo (7 points), Aubrey Small (6 points), Kailey Nelson (5 points), Rylee Hebert (4 points), Kennedy Campbell (3 points), and Parker Dishon (2 points) also pitched in for BC.
