Well, 383 murders so far in Chicago population 2.7 million versus Los Angeles with 116 murders population 3.8 million, I'd say they have a problem.....

Add a woman being set on fire a few days ago, that would be hard to defend.......

Wonder how many lives, mostly black, could be saved if they listened to trump and accepted his help?
