I think you are quite possibly the least qualified person in the entire world to give anyone, anywhere advice on how to foster team chemistry.  Bridge City will be just fine.

You are entitled to your opinion, but I have had several very successful teams with multiple different players over the years. All teams have a leader and successful teams always choose to follow that lead.

Do you not agree that Bush is the leader of that BC Team, along with Mungy, Sylveira, Denison, & Smart?

I was hoping some of that had changed with him. I've watched him play about 10 times over the last 3 years and I coached him for a tournament during the summer. Attitude was an issue. Humbleness is not a trait he poses currently. 15 year old Freshman has time to figure it out.

I appreciate your honesty sir, and I dont think you could have put that any better. Yes, he is a freshmen and for sure has time to figure it all out. He definitely has the tools to be a really good player when he does.

I have not seen the 9th grader play so I can't comment on if he should start or not for BC or any team in the district.

Then that means that you had BC picked to win the District even without consideration of the freshman. With that being said, it would be hard to move anyone of them out of the starting lineup when the expectations are already so high. That is all I was getting at.

I agree.

My picking BC to win district was all based on what they had returning and what other teams had returning.

I don't follow middle school ball except for maybe Silsbee so none of my predictions have any consideration for incoming freshmen.
