The Fed may actually have to use more accurate, private sector data for their next meeting. That would only prove that the data was accurate and he fired people because the information provided was not to his liking and made him look unpresidential. Quote

If you made below $16000.00 a year you had no monthly premiums Some plans had $0 doctors visits and I believe tier one medication may have been $2.00. One of the plans was Ambetter. It was based off of your zip code. Yes it was affordable. Quote

If you made more you paid more but it was affordable for those who had preexisting conditions or needed surgery. Quote

But, it’s behind a paywall. Note: My wife and I are on ACA & have been since 2018. We’re very familiar with the positives and negatives. DCT 1 Quote

One person was type 1 and could not afford insulin. Quote

We’re very familiar with the positives and negatives. My son was on Blue Cross Blue Shield bronze 6. His job did not offer health insurance. There was a law that jobs had to provide health insurance for their full time employees. To get around that the employer would only hire part time workers to keep from providing health insurance. Not reliable at all according to you. Especially if it came from cnn. Also saw the picture you posted of the rally. It was far from the truth. Quote

If you state that you make $16000.00 but actually made $40,000.00 for the year yes you are penalized and you have to pay back. If you stated you made 16000.00 but only made 12000.00 for the year you are not penalized. They send you a 1095A form at the end of the year to complete your taxes. Some people have received money back. Just recently Ambetter sent out $500.00 checks to people who were placed on it. I believe Ambetter they may have been penalized. I am no expert just giving you what I know about them in South Carolina. I believe in Texas it was United Health and then Molina. North Carolina was Blue Cross Blue Shield. All depending on the zip code and the doctors in that area. There is a lot of downside. You may receive a bill and never used the card. their definitely needs to be a replacement or make improvements. It is definitely broken. Quote

I just looked it up - the penalty for not having insurance ended in 2019. I always thought it was a little unconstitutional to force you to buy something or penalize you. DCT 1 Quote

I have not really heard any details. It is a complicated issue. I think expanding Medicaid to people below a certain income could work. At the same time, in my job, I see people that make $250K a year or more, but according to their tax returns they make 12,000/year. Like I said, complicated. I don't see a bipartisan agreement on a single payer system ever.... DCT 1 Quote
