You a lawyer?

No, but I can read.  1) do you feel this is the correct statute that I included for this situation?  2) I'm sure you read it.  Based on this, do you think it is or is not a valid appointment?  Trump and his team are not stupid.  They would not have moved forward with this high profile indictment with an invalid appointment.

So you know what they were shown? You know that indictments are only as good as the prosecutor who brings it to the grand jury. This was like a PA trying to do brain surgery.

Do you? I'll answer that for you....NO

The Judge didn't mention that.....so, that is not in question

Hey @LumRaiderFan, Looks like UT Alum has realized that entire innocent until proven guilty is really a thing. It's weird it took him 10 years of calling Trump guilty on EVERYTHING to remember.....LOLOLOL

Watched Cuomo last night and he said statute of limitations may prevent an appeal and reindictment.

There is some wording issues. I follow a pretty unbiased attorney on another social media platform. He said the statute granting a 6 month extension seems to depend on whether the dismissed indictment was a "void" or voidable" act.

If it was a "void" that likely means it was a nullity, did not stop the statute from running, and the statute has expired.

If it was "Voidable" then it was valid until it was invalidated, the statute was met by the indictment back when it was returned, and the 6 month extension likely applies.....

Any attorneys on the page care to chime in?

Yes they are. He appointed someone who was an aide last year to submit documents. He is really stupid
