When you get only 25 players in your entire program (9-12), it's very hard to compete.

25 might could cut it in 6-man, but not 2A DI.

No idea.

It seems that numbers are falling overall in Hemphill. (population, etc.)

They did drop from 3A to 2A in last realignment.

HH lost a tremendous amount of enrollment in a short period. They have not recovered.
