Crosby vs FB Marshall

Hope the kids pull it out but not likely, huge improvements needed, you know like any level of discipline and not getting half your oline thrown out of a game. 
 

I'm just hoping Crosby can find a way to not get taunting penalties after they have a team 3rd and 11. 

very low bar don't punch people and taunt people is a win right now. 
 

teams behavior was an embarrassment to the entire town last week. With discipline the buck stops with the head coach period.

Fort bend Marshall scored 2 touchdowns on special teams due to bad snaps against Friendwood.They had very little ground game.But due to Crosby's usual bad secondary play,Marshall's QB will probably light up the scoreboard.Hope I'm wrong ! FBM 34-21.

Did I miss something? Aren't you playing Iowa Colony this week? PLaying them on the road could really be tough. I think they are ranked #5 in state in D2.

I'm skipping this week's Iowa Colony game and commenting On Fort Bend Marshall,a game Crosby might have a chance.This week Iowa Colony 58-13.

Crosby has a solid team - one loss doesn't make a season. They have an excellent QB and the back up RB is exceptional.  They got over amped at a home game against a old rival (Dayton) that played well enough to cause them to loose their rhythm  and they imploded a little bit. Overall  I think Crosby  makes the playoffs easy enough.

If they cant beat Dayton, they are not making the playoffs.

I'm not sure what effect this will have, but FB Marshall's game at Dallas Skyline was cancelled.

Well going 0-2 into another third game of the pre district schedule. 
 

the offense has looked better than last year but the defense is clearly missing key contributors from last year. 
 

positives have been the defensive line play, and the wide receiver play. 
 

negatives have been extremely inconsistent run game, inconsistent line play and a secondary that looks lost at times. 
 

can they turn it around this year sure, it's still very early in the season and to some degree we should be able to fix inconsistency. However, we are not at the top of this district or region so we will be hoping for a playoff seed and first round win this year. 
 
the coaching staff has improved the team each year as the year goes on, that being said we aren't going to face the Friendswood third team QB this year. 

 

Iowa Colony is a very good football team and they beat us like they should have. 
 

Dayton has had an excellent start to the season. 
 

FBM looks down in comparison to where they have been previously but it's so early and they've only played one game. 
 

a win would do a lot of good, a loss is probably expected by anyone following the cougars right now.
