They’re not after Bolton, unlike your side going after Trump. They just want the files. They need to be sure and check by the Corvette in the garage.

No, it’s not okay if it’s for political reasons. 

They are completely different cases though.

It’s like saying that a person involved in a fender bender with no injuries is the same as a drunk driver that injures someone and saying, they are both just vehicle accidents.

What I find telling is not one word or statement from Bolton or even his legal team. Complete silence......

I assume that's on advice of legal counsel since he's still in the middle of the NDA lawsuit over his book. When the Govt. comes after you, generally the best thing to do is say nothing.

Oh I agree - but typically you get some sort of statement from your legal team. I'm sure he has excellent lawyers.
