Since when did cursing a candidate or representative become a crime. Someone needs to visit Robert DeNiro or Alec Baldwin. Quote

Public profanity or abusive language can be a crime or it can be protected speech. It depends on the location, people in the area and what was said. The exact same words can be both protected or a crime depending on circumstances. Quote
