With that being said, a President can't go out on the streets of DC and murder someone. And, if he conspires in the White House to intentionally break the law, Presidential immunity does not cover that. The big hurdle: Concerning Trump -- is there concrete evidence that Obama conspired with the others to break the law. I think the DOJ has the others dead to rights. Just not yet sure about Obama.
