Was on varsity last year but never played any significant minutes. Was just a freshman. He will get better but I watched the last two TABC games and he never saw the floor in most of the 2nd halves and definitely not down the stretch. Silsbee played basically all guards with Johnson (biggest player on the floor) running the point. Quote

Some teams didn’t have all coaches or all players but good experiences for all from what I saw and heard. Palestine Westwood core with the brothers and couple other guys put on a real show. Who That Posted 10 hours ago Report Posted 10 hours ago I" heard Arline had a great showing this week putting up 15 in all 3 games.. Lance is 6'7 and growing he is getting better he will be a big difference come district. But with this years 8th grade team comein up this year with the 8th graders that will be freshman next year Silsbee will be something hard to handle. lol.. Silsbee will have some up's and downs this year. Still going to be good but from what I" saw Dallas Carter will be the team most likely to get the rings this year.. This is the best Carter team I've seen since we played them back in 18" and I" would say this young Carter team is better. Quote

I last year. Those two will have to play each other in district and most likely regional final like they did last year. Kimball beat Carter in regional final 68-35. Kimball returns 3 starters and 10 reserves from their state championship team. A team that didn't experience a close game throughout the playoffs. Won championship game over Houston Washington 71-48. I'll put my money on Kimball over Carter. Silsbee will be DII so even if they were to make it that far, they would not see either of these teams. Quote
