Should the user "Morgan" be given the Boot?

we've all seen the ludacris statements the user "Morgan" has made, so here is your chance to voice your opinion...should he still be allowed on here?

Why get rid of him?  Look how many hits his replies get.  People on here need to grow a thicker skin.
