Prayers for the Vidor player who was injured.  Word in the stands was that he was previously diagnosed with a torn ACL and was still trying to play.  Please tell me that information is incorrect!

Lucas hurt that knee vs. LCM. Bad loss for us...he was the engine that made us go early in the season. Never been a fan of letting ligament tears "heal" that quickly. Usually turns out bad. Feel really bad for that young man...senior.

I talked to Lucas before and after our game with Vidor before the holidays. He told me he wasnt sure if it was a tear or not and that he would be ready by the district opener. I told him to take it slow and be sure before he plays. His competitiveness may have gotten the better of him. And he is one heck of a competitor. Really sad for him.
