Guest Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Somebody from kountze just told me you were exaggerating. Only 3 hurt and not all starters Arnold and cole both starters got hurt.. Jace warren hurt. Starter.. Morgan starter .. Hurt.. Whisenhant starter.. Hurt.. Dayne wright.. Starter .. Hurt.. Your source is wrong Quote
longball24 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 I think Kountze will be happy with a 5 and 5 season. Quote
Guest Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 I just hope everyone gets healthy. Congrats bulldogs on the win! He'll of a Offense Quote
rykerx144 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 i think they are looking more like a 4-6 but still making playoffs. Thats if they get healthy. NO Arnold and NO Cole equals a early start to BBall and a 2-8 year Quote
BigBlue#2 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Thanks. And next time use your head and not your heart when you pick against the bulldogs SteelerCzy 1 Quote
WOSgrad Posted September 20, 2014 Author Report Posted September 20, 2014 Thanks for the updates, guys. Is the 74-40 a final? Quote
rykerx144 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Thanks. And next time use your head and not your heart when you pick against the bulldogs the 74 points is impressive but that is against a Kountze team without alot of key starters and still put up 40 points. You will not beat Newton like that! Quote
BigBlue#2 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 CC and newton are mediocre. I honestly see CC going 11-2 ( losing to newton in district) Quote
uknowit2 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Kountze is looking at 0-5. It's a good thing the bb coach is helping out with football. He has the keys to the gym and can lock up the balls. Quote
whsalum Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 I wasn't referring to Corrigan throwing the ball I was referring to them making the scoreboard light up.I picked Kountze to go 5-5 in an earlier thread and make the playoffs in the 4th spot.If they do that with their numbers then their season is a success.Looks like that 4th spot could be a battle between them and Woodville. I hope Arnold doesn't get hurt before basketball season starts !!! Quote

Curly Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Football will shut down early this year. Should have went out and got someone that will build a program, and continue the momentum with a group of great athletes. Quote
texas13 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Somebody from kountze just told me you were exaggerating. Only 3 hurt and not all starterswho whisenhant starts both ways, deontra Morgan, both ways, Jace Warren iss starts offense, plays defense, dayne wright the starting slot receiver (probably the best overall receiver), Zach Lyons, Micheal cole, this was his first game back since shepherd and he goes down with an asthma attack, grayland goes down with a wrist injury. And you say only 3 not starters. I'm not saying kountze would of beat CC but with some of these players we would have matched almost if not all scoring drives with a td of our own. As far as our front 7. Yes we are weak, but those guys weren't used to the way CC blocked, including cut blocks etc. I think kountze didn't come out very prepared and it showed. Kountze should have mostly everybody ready for next week. I know everyone is gonna say 42-7 kville, but I think you will see a different kountze team start district play Quote
Guest HardinHornets Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Hardin has something to say about that whsalum We'll know more next week. whsalum 1 Quote

whsalum Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Forgot about the Hornets and I don't know anything about Anahuac. Small school football is one injury away from a full scale collapse. Quote
bobbymcgee Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 That looks like a basketball score. Guess the basketball coach is already playing basketball. A board of managers needs to take over Kountze next. Quote
texas13 Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 One other thing I realized, CC puts up that many points a game because they have an uptempo, snap it quick offense even though they run it. It was impressive the way they turned around out of the huddle and snapped it before the defense can line up Quote
NewtonNation Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Congrats CC. Hopefully the Kountze players can get back soon! Quote
Javelina Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Kountze had almost 500 yards passing and most of that was back up QB Quote
