HurricaneCal Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 Actually it's not. 45lbs bar two 45lbs plates on each side (2+2=4) would be 180 lbs. Add 45 plus 180 and you get 225lbs. :D I'm not a genius either, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say he is putting 4 plates on each side which is ummmmm dang, like 360 lbs, and then the 45 LB bar. cougar14 1 Quote
AthleticSupporter - Jock Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 Barbers Hill beats Crosby in Math contest for the 100th straight year! Nevermind, wrong sport and wrong week. :D ;) You are not serious are you? I think you are joking but not sure. Number of plates refers to how many on one side, like cougar 14 said. You may be good at math but common sense, not so much. TexMex and cougar14 2 Quote
TexMex Posted August 28, 2014 Report Posted August 28, 2014 Kountze folks are tired after a long Friday night. They've been running through everyone in 3A (southeast Texas's) mind all night. botta-bing botta boom Quote

It was a joke (math contest) and the way I took it was he (ned fan) meant total 4 plates, not 4 on each side. I have alot of common sense, but thanks for your concern. Quote
